How do I sign up for the Patient Portal?
You must contact your caregiver to enroll in using the patient portal at http://patientportalsurvey.aegislabs.com/. He or she will send you a unique link to register you for this service, which is free of charge to all patients.
What are eConsults?
eConsult requests are available via aegislabs. All patients can request an eConsult to see a specialist without needing to schedule an appointment with the provider.
How soon will I be able to view my lab results?
Typically, you can access your lab results within 1-2 business days. Not all insurance companies and diagnostic testing facilities participate in this service; therefore, not all tests may appear online. If you would prefer that we mail your paper report, please call us at (818) 387-4800 and select option #1 for our lab department during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST).
What if my doctor is unavailable or doesn’t have enough time to be with me?
Sometimes it can be difficult to get an appointment with your physician because of their busy schedule. If you cannot get in touch with them during the day, you have the option to request an eConsult, which will let you send a message about your condition to one of our specialists for advice.

What if I need urgent medical attention after hours?
Even though we are closed, there is still someone who can help you. Our answering service will be able to assist you with any medical questions or concerns that you may have after hours, and can contact your physician on call if necessary.
What’s a personal medication profile?
A personal medication profile is a detailed list of all the prescription medications that a patient takes every day. It allows patients to track their medications for allergies, refills, dosage instructions and all other important details about each prescription. The AegisLab patient portal provides an easy way for our patients to access their profiles from anywhere they have Internet access at anytime of the day or night.
Do I need to make an appointment to see my doctor?
You do not need an appointment when you visit one of our facilities; however, some patients prefer to make appointments. We offer same day and next day appointments; therefore, we encourage our patients to call us as soon as possible if they need to speak with a physician.
Will I be able to see the specialist that my doctor recommends?
Our affiliated specialists can prescribe treatment for any diagnostic test or medication order originating from the primary care physician’s office. How can I find out what type of insurance plan I have?
You can call customer service at (818) 387-4800 and request a copy of your ID card; we will need your full name, date of birth and Aegislab facility location where you received treatment for this purpose.
